Mark is a Northern Virginia native who has lived in DC for more than 15 years. He first took up leatherworking as a hobby while staying home with his children and quickly developed a love of the craft.

Drawing on his Latino heritage, Mark brings together an appreciation for the craftsmanship and tradition of Spanish leatherworking with the color and vibrancy of Caribbean design. He enjoys experimenting with color, texture, and contrasting leather styles to create pieces that feel both distinctive and timeless.

Every item is made by hand using carefully selected materials and is hand-stitched for durability and character. What began as a creative outlet has grown into a passion for creating locally made leather goods that are meant to be used, enjoyed, and carried for years.
